    • Covid-19 Precautions

Please read before attending Startup Summit in-person event on the 28th of October 2021

After two years we are very excited to see you all face-face to celebrate the 10th annual Startup Summit! However, the safety of our attendees, exhibitors, volunteers and the Startup Summit team is our top priority. We must work together as a community to reduce the risk of spreading the virus wherever possible. We are in close contact with the venue and are closely monitoring government guidelines regarding in-person gatherings.

      Safety at Startup Summit

      1. All attendees will be asked to wear a mask inside the building, when not eating or drinking. (People who are exempt on medical grounds will not be required to wear a mask).
      2. All attendees will be asked to take a lateral flow test (LFT) within 24 hours of attending Startup Summit. If you're test is positive please book a PCR test and do not attend the event.
      3. All attendees will be required to check-in to the venue using NHS Test and Protect.

Exhibitors are also asked to adhere to the following requirements.

      1. Exhibitors handing out items must ensure items are sterile and free from possible transmission. Displayed in a manner which allows them to be picked up without touching other items. No items / sweets etc to be displayed in a bowl.
      2. Exhibitors are required to have hand sanitiser available for visiting delegates to use whilst at your stand.

      Increased sanitation at Dovecot Studios

      • Increased cleaning and sanitation at common touch points (door handles, surfaces etc).
      • Toilets will be checked and cleaned more frequently throughout the venue.
      • Hand sanitiser will be easily accessible throughout the venue at key areas.

Based on government guidance, we may announce further safety measures relating to Covid-19 closer to the event. If you have any questions or concerns please contact events@futurexinnovation.com.
